El chef , excelente cocinero y profe. Aprendimos los secretos de la pasta italiana y lunas salsas exquisitas. Al final , comemos lo preparado, es una actividad costosa , pero merece la pena y compensa la cena!

His command of the kitchen and his unique way of teaching and storytelling made this experience one we will remember always. The meal we prepared rivales any restaurant in Florence!

Most importantly, the chef cooks the sauces in front of you - showing how to make amazing pasta dishes at home! No other class I have taken shows you this - well worth going!! The chef provided excellent instructions, spoke English well, and answered questions. Things were clean and I feel like I made some new friends. It was an excellent class well worth the money!! Recipes given at the end - and you can take videos during class!
