If you are on the fence about whether to spend your time on vacation in a cooking class, I’m telling you, DO IT! you won’t regret it!! … More This was such a fun experience from visiting the market, making the pasta, eating the pasta and of course you have to wash it down with something 🍷🍷 Chef Andrea did a great job catering to our group’s dietary restrictions and delivering mouthwatering courses (which included our handmade pasta) to enjoy. I look forward to eating at their restaurant Sfoglia Re the next time we are in Florence. Our family really enjoyed this - thank you Pasta Class Florence.

Our family of 11 people including five kids ages 4, 7, 10, 12, and 15 took this class today and it was fantastic. Marco, the chef and … More instructor, was charming, helpful, knowledgeable, and a lot of fun. We made three types of pasta and then got to eat it all. Water, soft drinks, and wine were given generously. The food was outstanding and everyone was engaged, learned a lot, and came away happy. I couldn't recommend this experience more highly!!!

Cook it al dente: Pasta should be cooked until it’s tender but still has a bit of bite.
