I will show you every secret to achieve an amazing pasta dough like in a Michelin star restaurant. I learnt everything from my grandma, true pasta maker from Emilia Romagna. I'm going to start with a little introduction to the ingredients, I will give you a pdf recipe book made just for you. After that we are going to do the dough, I will also teach you some different kind of closing ravioli, tortelli, tagliolini and a lot more.
