How does it work?
Right at the start you’ll learn from scratch how to make both dough and pasta fillings.
You will knead, roll and cut the pasta in many shapes, such as ravioli, tagliatelle, and cappelletti.
We will all gather around the stove to prepare 3-4 different sauces that can easily be replicated at home. In the end, you will enjoy the goodies made with your own hands. With a glass of wine, of course!
Participants will be provided with all the necessary equipment: a personal apron, tools for kneading, and a pasta cutter. At the end of the lesson, each guest will receive an e-book with Pasta Class Florence recipes as a thank-you gift.
