Organization
All courses, lessons, events, and any other activities that are part of the services offered by our school are organized and conducted by First Class S.r.l., with its registered office at Via Vittorio Emanuele II, 117 – 50134, Studio La Rosa e Associati, Florence, Italy. Pasta Class Florence is a registered trademark of First Class S.r.l.
Courses and Lessons
Courses and lessons at our school typically last approximately three hours and are followed by a seated tasting of what was prepared during the lesson. The menu changes based on the season and ingredient availability. Group courses require a minimum of three participants, while private courses can be booked regardless of the number of attendees.
Chefs and Instructors
Our lessons are exclusively conducted by highly qualified chefs and instructors. The list of chefs is available on our website, pastaclassflorence.com.
Registration and Payment Methods
You must register to participate in our courses. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and the booking will only be considered complete after our school has received full payment and confirmed it. If full or partial payment is not received, your registration may be canceled.
Payments can be made using the following methods:
- Directly at our office at Via Vittorio Emanuele II, 117, Florence, Italy, by filling out a registration form
- Credit card
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
Once full payment has been received, we will send a confirmation email indicating the location, date, and time of the lessons.
Course Cancellations or Modifications
Cancellations must be made in writing by sending an email to pasta@pastaclassflorence.com.
Class cancellations:
- Cancellations must be made at least one week before the event.
Online class cancellations:
- Online classes are non-refundable. You can reschedule your appointment up to one week before the event by clicking the link https://pastaclassflorence.com/account-virtual-classes/.
Participant Conduct and Indemnity
The school provides participants with kitchen equipment, ingredients, materials, and general educational resources, for which the participant assumes responsibility.
Participants must use these materials solely for the course purposes and objectives, exercising reasonable care and diligence. Participants must follow the instructions of the chefs regarding material usage and adhere to standard behavior rules during the courses.
Participants release the school from any liability for damages to persons or property caused by the provided materials (e.g., knives, pots, heat, and boiling water). The school is not responsible for any damages that participants may cause to themselves or others.
Educational materials, ingredients, and other resources are included in the registration fee and will be provided as needed at the instructor’s discretion. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and effects brought into the premises during lessons, as the school assumes no responsibility for their safekeeping.
By registering, participants declare they are in good health to participate in the school’s cooking activities and have received all necessary information about specific risks, operating procedures, and evacuation protocols. Additionally, participants release the school from any liability for issues arising from food allergies or intolerances, whether through ingestion or contact. Persons with life-threatening allergies cannot participate in our courses due to the likelihood of cross-contamination.
SALES CONDITIONS
Introduction
These general terms and conditions of sale (“General Conditions”) govern the purchase of products made remotely via the website. These purchases are reserved for website users residing in the European Union, Africa, Antarctica, Asia, North America, Oceania, and South America who wish to use the product sales services (“Customers”).
Customers are required to review and accept these General Conditions before completing a purchase. These terms are deemed fully understood and accepted when a purchase order is placed.
Products
All products are subject to availability. First Class S.r.l. reserves the right to change limits on the quantity and type of merchandise available on the website at any time. Customers will be informed if their order cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability.
Prices
Product prices are listed in € (Euro) and include all applicable taxes or duties. Delivery costs are excluded unless otherwise specified.
First Class S.r.l. continuously verifies the accuracy of prices displayed on the website but cannot guarantee the absence of errors. If a pricing error is identified, customers will be offered the option to reconfirm their purchase at the correct price or cancel it.
Payments
Payments for products and shipping fees can be made via credit card or Apple Pay on pastaclassflorence.com. Financial information is transmitted securely through encrypted protocols to payment services and is not used by the vendor except to complete transactions.
Shipping
First Class S.r.l. ships to Italy via FedEx express courier. Shipping costs are detailed during the purchasing process.
Return Policy
Products must be returned intact, in their original, unopened packaging, with all parts, documentation, and accessories included. They must be appropriately packed and shipped back. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds will be issued as quickly as possible.
If return terms and conditions are not met, no refund will be issued. Customers will be notified via email and can choose to reclaim the returned products at their own expense.
Promotions
First Class S.r.l. reserves the right to implement special sales conditions or promotions. Unless otherwise stated, these General Conditions apply to such promotions.
Registration
Purchases can be made as a guest or by registering an account. Registration requires completing an electronic form with personal information and an email address.
Customers are responsible for safeguarding their password and for any unauthorized use of their account. Any misuse should be promptly reported to First Class S.r.l.
